Yes, we provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted and reliable courier partners.
3. What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000PKR. For orders below this amount, standard courier charges will apply at checkout
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days in major cities and 5–7 working days in remote areas.

Shopping with us is simple:

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct Bank Transfer for your convenience.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be shipped via a registered courier service to the address provided at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.
9. Can I open the cash on delivery parcel before making payment to the courier first?
No. You can’t open the package without making the payment to the courier. We sell everything with a 7 Days of replacement.

11. What if the product color is different from the picture?
We do our best to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on the website are accurate. However due to the lighting used in the shoot and your device display, slight color variations are expected. We do not accept responsibility for slight variations in color or style.
12. Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be changed.
13. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order at any time within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.
14. Why was my order cancelled?
Splendid linen reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as:
· The item is out of stock.
· Pricing errors.
· Declined payments from the issuing bank.
For orders placed using credit/debit cards, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours. After this period, a 3.5% processing fee is deducted from any refund.
15. What happens if I am not home during delivery?
Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times and will also contact you to arrange a suitable time. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
