· Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase.
· Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
· Sale & Clearance Items: Unfortunately, products purchased during sales or marked as clearance are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item

· Share your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
· Our team will guide you through the simple return process.
Return Shipping:
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
· If we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective, we’ll cover the shipping charges.
Refunds
· Once your returned item is received and verified, we will initiate a refund.
· Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
· You will receive confirmation once your refund is processed.
Exchanges
· We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
· To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for your desired product.
Damaged or Defective Products
· If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
· Provide your order number and photos of the defect for quicker resolution.
· Depending on the issue, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
